This is very affordable and works quite well. The only thing I am disappointed in is that it does not stay connected to my laptop. Since the cord is so heavy, it continually falls out the side of my laptop. Otherwise, its a good product. The picture and sound is great and it's built to last forever.. -- heavy duty

I studied reviews before I purchased this cable to hook my computer to my tv, and I was very afraid I was making a bad choice in choosing this particular cable. With that being said, I received the cable VERY VERY FAST and hooked my computer to my tv, and viola it worked! In order to get the image, I had to hit FN+F4 on my laptop, like when you want to use a projector, and I had to put my tv in COMPT mode, but it was super easy. I probably had everything up and running within 30 seconds. Honestly, it was quick, easy, and works perfectly. There is no probably with the picture or sound. Everything is clear. I did make sure to screw in the ends of the cable, so they wouldn't fall out, but that was simple as well. I am also very pleased with it's length, I bought a 15ft one and it is huge! And one more thing, I love that it's not two cable, the sound cable is built into the large video cable, but has about 12 or so inches broken off at the end to start it's own cable. The cable is bulky, but that doesn't bother me because it does it's job!! A+++

After reading all reviews on every similar product, and considering the price point, I felt most confident in buying this product. I was only partially worried about the sound degradation. After receiving and testing the product, I am VERY pleased. I use it for connecting my laptop to the TV and sending my internet streaming audio to the audio receiver. The picture and sound are both great - even after adding a stereo RCA adapter to the 1/8" mini jack to feed the audio into my receiver and attaching a 10' belkin VGA extender to send the video to my 46" LCD TV. It arrived exactly as it looks in the picture and works perfectly for me. It really is convenient to have the audio cable wrapped neatly with the VGA cable, and it easily reaches the audio jack of my laptop while at the same time plugging into the monitor out located on the other side. -- Best Value for Sure

I bought a Belkin SVGA cable from a local computer store to hook my laptop to my new 46" Sony Bravia, but after an hour configuring everything I could, the Sony wouldn't recognize the signal from my PC. It turned out, the Belkin had only 14 of 15 pins. The salesperson at the store tried to convince me that it was OK and the hookup problem was my fault, since every Belkin they had in stock had 14 pins (the 15th being the ground, which wasn't needed). I ordered this cable from Amazon at less than half the price of the store and it worked immediately with my Bravia. Now I can watch my instant netflix without another internet device. I have been using this cable for about a month and it performs fine. The sound quality is less than perfect but that could be due to the Tv's speakers not being that good. Doesn't give an HD picture but it is still very high quality. -- Good value.
