This wire does the job and seems to have decent enough quality connectors. You know... it doesn't fall apart simply by plugging & unplugging it a few times. Would be nicer if it had siver plated contacts & thicker wire, but for the price... hey let's not get carried away now. -- Does the job!

Based on the fact this product is only 6' and 90% of the time will not carry high intensity signal, it is the perfect buy. It is the most competitively priced cable with great reviews. If you need an audio extension cable of much longer dimensions, then it may be worth considering a little bit higher end cable, but at this length you will not detect any difference in sound quality, be it this very inexpensive cable or a high end monster, etc.

I purchased half a dozen of these and gave them to my co-workers who were all positioning there computer close to the monitor just so their ear-buds would reach. They were thrilled. -- Great product, Great price
